This is really down to the individual cyclist-barista but the sets of drawers on each side of the trike have central-locking operated by a key so there is some security. The smaller top drawers on either side are best suited for locating a ‘cash tray’. It is also becoming common for mobile retail operations to take payment via ‘smart-phone’ payment systems such as iZettle, and this may eventually become the default option in many cities and is worth investigating for its suitability to your business.
